Things to be brought for every class/ PreReq/Prep work:

1. Water Bottle
2. A towel to keep them under your ankles as a support to sit in vajasana:

3. Loose Clothes, especially the abdomen/belly/waist should be loose. No leather wear on the body.
4. Pls switch off/mute your cell phones during the session
5. If possible, wash your hands/face before the start of the session, like ablutions before a prayer session, 'cos practicing Yoga is a similar activity.

Precautions:

1. Pls don’t take lunch before this session.
2. De-Tox happens on the 5 levels ie. (Physical/Energy/Mind/Intellect/Bliss) body, releasing lotta old impressions in chemical deposit form.
3. It's completely normal to feel dizzy/light/tingling/HIGH/Kick kind of sensations. Pls drink lot of water to flush the toxins out, if not you'll end up having headaches.
4. Pls do practice daily, so that your body is used to the Pranayama & Meditation.
